- Prepare materials: There are differences in raw materials and colors of waterproofpvc tarpaulin materials. The fabrics include PVC coated fabric,pvc knife coated fabric, rainproof cloth, waterproof canvas, etc. The color is mainly green blue and black.
- Start processing: According to the customer's needs, first splice thepvc coated fabric. Because the width of the pvc tarpaulin is limited. The central seams are joined one by one by a sewing machine. Sewn with a twin-needle machine for sturdy use. PVC can be heat-sealed and spliced with a canvas heat-sealing machine. The waterproof performance will be better than that of a sewing machine, and it can be100% waterproof.
- Wrapping and punching: Wrap the spliced waterproofpvc tarpaulin semi-finished product with rope on all four sides, so that the waterproof pvc tarp will not be damaged due to several pulls. Usually the holes are drilled one meter per meter, which is the description of the hole.
4.Uv printing: PVC tarpaulin can also be used for UV printing. We can print pictures or customer company logos on PVC tarpaulin in advance, and then weld and cut it. Before inkjet printing, we must first confirm the color, size and position of the pattern so that it can be easily cut later.

Tarpaulin varieties are divided into PVC coated polyester fabric, waterproof tarpaulin, pvc knife coated fabric , silicone cloth, etc. According to the characteristics of the pvc tarpaulin, different methods are used for processing. It is only suitable for heat-sealed PVC plastic-coated waterproof tarpaulin under ordinary conditions, while silicone cloth can only be processed with a sewing machine.
